PC Entreprise LLC focuses its work on real property matters

PC Entreprise (Haiti) was established in the Artibonite section of Haiti in 2000. The company was originally conceptualized as a building supplier, and, as such, manufactured cement blocks, and distributed blocks and building supplies. Patrick Charles, the founder of the company, subsequently purchased approximately 310 acres of raw land, including beach-front property, with the intent of improving the land to create a haven for like-minded professionals and family-oriented individuals, who longed to experience a laid-back, resort-style Caribbean life in a beautiful environment.

With PC Entreprise (USA), Patrick uses his 30+ years of mortgage industry experience to provide customers with exceptional service for their commercial loan mortgage needs.

 

The company is also a licensed expeditor with Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, and provides assistance to clients with permitting, zoning, and other property issues.
